We’ve Been Designing For Many Years
DALLENBACH•COLE ARCHITECTURE began as a full-service Design-Build company where we designed in the office as architects then switched hats and went outside to build buildings as the General Contractor. In house performance from “concept through completion”. While developing projects as a Design-Build Company we realized a Hybrid Design Build process where we focused on Architecture and Teamed with General Contractors would best serve our clientele. Our Hybrid Design Build has resulted in publication recognition in multiple magazines and repeat design awards.

Factors Shaping Self-Storage Facility Design
“It is difficult to
find an architect capable of simultaneously creating great design and producing thorough plans. Jeff and his
team are extremely rare in that they can accomplish both facets, while also considering impacts to construction cost.”
“They are a pleasure to work with. They are proactive in their design solutions, flexible and understanding of customer driven changes, know our site restrictions yet don’t allow them to impede progress on projects. Overall Performance Assessment is: Excepetional.”
“Critical partners of which their tenacity in working with city staff to get permits has been outstanding. If you are looking for a great architecture firm to quarterback your Development, Jeff Dallenbach and Cheryl Cole has been a great choice for us. They say what they will do, and do it on time and on budget.”
