DALLENBACH•COLE ARCHITECTURE began as a full-service Design-Build company where we designed in the office as architects then switched hats and went outside to build buildings as the General Contractor. In house performance from “concept through completion”. While developing projects as a Design-Build Company we realized a Hybrid Design Build process where we focused on Architecture and Teamed with General Contractors would best serve our clientele. Our Hybrid Design Build has resulted in publication recognition in multiple magazines and repeat design awards.
